The purchaser is responsible for shipping cost. Shipping cost will be provided prior to placement of order based on delivery
destination. Please email or call for a delivery estimate. Missouri sales tax will be added for Missouri residents.
Sales Agreement
We appreciate your business and will do the utmost to meet your needs.
Upon acceptance of your grill delivery, please inspect the box or crating in detail. In the unlikely event of delivery damage, list
any and all box or crating damage on the delivery ticket. Notations on the delivery ticket will assist in the delivery company
covering the damage. Please unpack and inspect your unit within 48 hours and report any defects or delivery damage to
Gateway Grills. Gateway Grills will assist with any delivery claims or manufacturer's defects. In the event that repair is
necessary due to a manufacturer defect, a replacement part will be sent to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for
returning the defective part.
